RegisterKaro Safe Ledger Private Limited - RegisterKaro Failed to Provide Paid Compliance Services Causing GST Penalty and Financial Loss

I paid RegisterKaro for incorporation and compliance services for Squadhunt Private Limited. However, after my assigned compliance manager left the company, no proper replacement was assigned for several months despite repeated follow-ups from my side.
Due to their negligence and failure to provide promised services:
* My GST filing deadline was missed,
* I had to pay penalties/fines due to delayed filing,
* I personally had to file GST returns myself despite paying for compliance services,
* Compliance services were not properly visible/active in the application/dashboard.
For several months, I repeatedly contacted multiple staff members and departments, shared payment proofs multiple times, and received only false assurances that the issue would be resolved “today/tomorrow.” Calls were repeatedly ignored and no proper accountability was provided.
Additionally, complaint tickets raised through their application remained unresolved despite repeated escalations.
This caused financial loss, operational disruption, repeated unnecessary follow-ups, loss of business time, and significant mental harassment over several months.
I request:
*. Reimbursement of penalties/fines caused due to their negligence,
*. Compensation for service failure and financial loss,
*. Proper restoration of compliance services,
*. Written clarification regarding the negligence and delay.
