RegisterKaro Safe Ledger Private Limited - Overpaid for the service received

I was made to pay ***** for PT registration and Shop Establishment registration service in package of services of price ***** with over estimation of works and quality of deliverables while same was available for rate of ****. Team made me convince what they will deliver is not same as what I get from other vendors in **** and registerKaro pays extra for stamp duty, roc amendment and lifelong valid licenses without any renewal, multiple certificates under PT registration and not just PTEC. But when service was completed, I was delivered same licences and certificate what I was getting in **** and extra said things in starting were not done. I have followed up differential amount refund with reasoning that I was made to pay with false commitment and still looking for refund and fair resolution. I am not hopeful after week's of follow up and discussion with multiple team member from their support.
