RegisterKaro Safe Ledger Private Limited - Complaint against RegisterKaro for deficiency of service misrepresentation and unfair charges

I am filing this complaint against RegisterKaro (Safe Ledger Private Limited) for serious deficiency of service, misrepresentation, and harassment that has caused financial loss and mental stress to my startup team.

I incorporated my company Playforge Studios Private Limited through RegisterKaro. At the beginning, they clearly informed us that the total charge would be ₹**,***, which we paid in full. After receiving the payment, they stopped responding properly to our calls and messages. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no proper communication or progress from their side.

After raising a complaint and waiting for months without any response, we finally made posts on LinkedIn and Twitter to share our experience. Only after this public exposure did RegisterKaro contact us and requested us to delete the posts, assuring that they would immediately start and complete the work. Trusting their assurance, we deleted the posts.

Later, they demanded an additional ₹*,***, which was never mentioned initially. We paid this amount as well, hoping the issue would finally be resolved. We submitted all required documents on time and before the official deadline.

However, due to their internal failure and negligence, they were unable to file our documents. This mistake was entirely from RegisterKaro’s side. Now, instead of accepting responsibility, they are again demanding another ₹*,*** to correct their own error.

So far, we have paid a total of ₹**,*** (₹**,*** + ₹*,***), yet the promised service has not been delivered.

This situation has caused serious problems for our startup. For a young company, time, money, and trust are extremely important. Because of their unprofessional behavior, delays, and repeated monetary demands, my team’s morale has been affected and internal trust has been damaged.

This complaint is not just about money — it is about creating awareness so that other startups and young entrepreneurs do not suffer due to such misleading and irresponsible services.
