RegisterKaro Safe Ledger Private Limited - Refund not being issued despite policy

This is regarding Ticked ID RK-****** and Ticket ID TKT-*b*b** which is for cancellation of services and it's corresponding refund

I bought three services from Register kro on **th Feb at around * PM. I was not at all happy with the service since everyone is just trying to sell me stuff I don't need and withholding information about the service I'm buying. For a legal business the sales people are huge liars. I was not blaming sales people so they don't get thier job harmed but I don't care anymore. They are liars. Big liars

I felt cheated and then I tried to exercise the refund option exactly as mentioned on your website Terms of Use, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

I mailed register kro within * hours of my payment and instead of being acknowledged within * day, refund decision within * days and refund amount in bank within * days as mentioned on your website I have not got even a single reply from your team except that the cancellation team will call you. It's been ** days and not once has the cancellation team reverted regarding thier decision. Not even once. I've contacted daily and I've not got a single response.


The SPOC is not picking up my phone. I can't reach customer support's number on website. Customer service team with these numbers (**********,**********, **********,**********) are not picking up my calls:
Please look at the screenshots when i raised a request for refund. it's been ** days and not the decency of a single reply after taking ***** rupees from a middle class family. Shame on you guys. Shame on you
