Videocon D2h - Regarding set top box replacement

Complaint placed for no signal available on **th April ****. After ** hrs technician visited my house and said the set-top box needs to be replaced. Then the complaint is closed without the issue being resolved. Even after * week, the technician didn't show up saying any stock of set-top boxes. Even the account is also not frozen to stop money deduction. Every time I call the customer care, they promised me resolution in ** hours. Lately, they are promising me resolution in * hours but still after so much stress and calling them there has been no resolution what so ever. I even told them I want to escalate the issue to a higher level but they have been losing my complaints or something that every time they said your complaint is raised only today so it cannot be escalated to the higher levels. I am vexed by this whole scenario and planning to take this to the consumer court bad go any extent to teach them a lesson.
