Concern : I purchase Relame ***(** inches) full Hd LED Smart Andorid Tv on **th October **** and this product delivered near around **th October ****.
This is to bring your attention to the fact that it has been ** days till now we have requested for replacement of realme **' smart TV,but we haven't got a proper response for the same.
The problem with our TV was faulty display panel.
Everytime when we enquire,we are being told to wait for some days inspite of the fact that the due for the replacement was **/**th of November ****.

We had never expected this service from your end...we are extremely disappointed.Worst services ever
I want resolution so please do as soon as possible. Your Officer said that I'll receive the call within * hour but that also I m not received yet I hope I got resolution after this email.This the *th time I m complaining through mail but no response I hope you help me from this concern because realme and flipcart not helping.
