I had made two flight bookings from Make My Trip using MMT black but had to cancel them due to some unforeseen circumstances, for which Make my trip is liable to pay me Rs. ***** as a refund into my original payment mode. I had made my cancellation on **th April **** and it has almost been a month but I have not received a single penny from their side as a refund. I have contacted my banks also about the refund but they denied having received any refund from MakeMyTrip.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
