Zoom Car - Regarding refund due to Host denied for car keys

We have booked a swift dizer car via zoom car app on dated **-**-****. But when we reach for pickup of car and we have unlocked the car but their is no key inside the car and we have call the host but he has denied for car keys. And then we have call to customer support regarding these issue with car they are saying that we are unable to help rightnow and raise a ticket for that after end of trip but we have not started trip. And we have raised ticket as per communicate with customer support. Customer support is just for saying support but there is no support we have get and they are talking rudely and disconnected the call everytime.
So kindly request you to support for regarding refund of trip as soon as possible.
