Byjus - Regarding Refund

I got a call from byjus on Oct * and then scheduled video call through zoom. They interviewed me to provide scholarship for ias course and I got **% scholarship and then I paid rs.**** an advance of rs.****** on October * to hold the scholarship seat and they said which is refundable if am not intrested in that course. The very next day i told them to cancel my subscription but they insist to take the course and I cancelled the subscription on October * through email and call. They did cancelled but not given refund. I emailed and called them daily to refund the amount they said they will callback or email within. **hrs till now I did not get any email or call.
