Dear Cleartrip Team,
I have made a booking in Fab hotel Maitri Sweet Living, Goa cleartrip ID-************ and voucher number -************* on **st December **** but I haven't found any booked slot in that hotel even this is not the correct name of the Hotel as well. I have made a payment of Rs.***** as well.
I want my money(Rs.*****.**) refund and cleartrip is advised to out-list these fake hotels from their site. This kind of inconvenience I have faced during the trip is just because of cleartrip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
