Nitin filed complaint against Byjus on Aug 1, 2022
Respected Sir/Ma'am,
With reference to the above subject, I would like to lodge a Complaint against BYJUs Company Bangalore, for not being ready to process the refund amount of five years of subscriptions upon giving the cancellation request within few hours of subscriptions.
My spouse purchased the package of the Byjus for my sun Atharva of * years (*nd Classes) on **st June ****. When I get the information about purchase, I canceled the subscription immediately worth **K. I have lodged the complaint to their helpline immediately about the refund but no satisfactory answer only "our Sr. manager will call you" which happened only once and make a false promise and said that cancellation can be processed within ** days but in reality not happened
Therefore I have again sent an email and request for cancellation of the product As I have mentioned at the start of this complaint that after repeated follow-ups for refund and also I never received any books or tablets or anything from byjus.
Therefore it's a humble request that kindly places and consider my complaint for the refund amount of Rs. **,***/- against the cancellation of the Product from Byjus.
