I have tried to contact the customer care numbers. But it always tells its not valid number. Though I have recharged my channel pack still there won't be any channels shown as it shows insufficient balance. When I tried to give a complaint through the mail or through registered user id it doesn't respond at all. This is too bad taking our money and not giving any channels. What the channel pack has been prescribed before is it a scam they people are doing. Please do respond and have some responsibility in answering the calls when a customer tries to contact.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
