Byjus - Regarding cancellation of byjus subscription

Firstly byjus sales person told that i can cancel the product within ** days if I'm not satisfied and just to use it for ** days. I have informed the team before trial period is over. They also told me that product will be cancelled. But it's been a month I have called them so many times they just that I'll get call back soon but there is no response. Now that emi payment is tomorrow they told me that they can't cancel the product. She told that only she can resolve that issue and she will not do that. She was being rude.
I have the right to get a full refund. I have paid **,*** as down payment and i have informed before ** days. I will take a legal action and fight till end. I hope this issue gets resolved immediately.
