Byjus - Regarding cancellation and refund

I have registered for my Refund within days of the refund policy and a refund id is generated. But it's been more than ** days . They have not initiated my refund nor any mail update regarding to it. When I call mentor , he always said that a call back from senior manger will come in ** days but no call has been come. I have tried this around ** - ** times. Senior manger called and when I asked her to cancel . She said she have to talk with child first. They had conversation with child .child denied but still no confirmation from their end. I want to cancel my product and want my refund as my emi got start deducting from *th of Jan.
