Placed an order with Porter Movers and Packers on **-Oct-**. Shifting was completed on **-Oct-**. I was given the option by the vendor to keep the carton boxes which were used for shifting for * days on deposit of ₹***/- which I agreed. I made the full payment including security deposit of ₹*** to the vendor immediately after shifting was completed on **-Oct-****. Since then, contacted Porter and their vendor who did the shifting about *-* times but the issue was not resolved. On *-Nov-****, Porter informed me that the carton boxes shall be picked up on the same day by evening but till date neither the carton boxes were picked up nor my security deposit security deposit of ₹***/- is released. Above all, Porter didn't bothered to check whether the vendor has fulfilled his promise. Tired of contacting them again and again, would appreciate any help in this regard.
