Porter - Damaged Items By Porter Packers and Movers

I had booked Porter Packers and Movers to shift my house from Mumbai to Bangalore. The moving was done on the **th of November and after unboxing, my microwave was completely shattered, wine glasses were broken, table support was broken, automatic garbage can was damaged and chairs were missing. I filed a complaint immediately, and initially they kept on giving reasons that you didn't check the chair and what not. I did not receive any correspondence till end of November and I missed a few calls due to medical emergency in December first week. I received further messages from Porter on the *th and **th December to resubmit my claim in * days along with photos and invoices, which were promptly submitted on the **th. I called them right now to get the status, and I was told the ticket has been closed, without notifying me.
