Myntra - Refusing return of an unused item

Myntra has refused the return of an unused roadster bomber jacket claiming that the agent marked the product as used. However, the agent never came to my actual address and never actually saw the product. The tags are intact and product is unused. Inspite of requesting for rescheduling the pickup at the right address the customer care refused to do so saying that their investigation revealed that the product was dispatched in good condition which is just lousy and illogical. This is a clear case of disregard for customers and even fraud.
