Myntra - Package was delivered but without price tag

I order one sherpa trucker from myntra and received the product but without price tag and when I found out that the jacket is small in size so I decided to return it so I raised a return request then next day pick up was done by the agent and he done the quality check and said everything is fine and went and then after * minutes he came back and return the product back to me and when I asked what happened he didn't answer anything and just ran away then I contact customer care so they said due to missing price tag the return request is rejected but I said them that I received the product without price tag and it's just mention that the seal should not be broken bcuz if it broke the return would not be accepted and the product is in its original condition with seal intact then too they denied to accept the return due to the price tag which was missing which was not provided by them only when I got the product so from where I will provide that and before I had ordered many thing from myntra which I received without price tag but never face any issue while returning but this time they are not accepting the return bcuz of the price tag which was missing from the starting when I received the product. So what's my fault it's totally a mistake from their end
