I have placed a return order for one of my items for size issue. Delivery agent has successfully picked up the order on the next day.
But the same day I got the update stating that return out on hold due to quality issues though I have returned the item in the original state with all the tags intact.
When I contacted the customer care, they told me that we did not return the item and my refund for cancelled.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
