Limeroad - Refused to provide refund

I returned * dresses from limeroad because the quality of the dress was not satisfactory and was credited with the amount In my limeroad account. However after * months , my credit was suddenly taken away without any notice. When I inquired they claimed that the products were defective. I had not even tried the dresses and returned them as it is the very next day. On rechecking they realized and agreed that the product was proper but have not refunded the amount or the product . I have been calling them everyday since more than a week just to hear them ask for more time. No senior executives are ready to take responsibility or are being answerable.
