Limeroad - Issue related to return and refund against order Id order no

I purchased from the Limeroad website against the order id :- ********** on **h of Feb, **** without knowing the horrible consequences that actually happened to me while return of some of the products and their refund status.
They dont have any customer care executive nos. They only have email ids to contact i.e (sourav.grievanceofficer@limeroad.com, Customer Support <heretohelp@limeroad.com>,
support@limeroad.com) and I tried to contact them for my return and refund request). I only received certain complain tickets and few phone call from their executive Ms Sadia who actually misbehaved with me everytime and asked for dates. But I am still waiting for the money I spent for the products and also at the same time returned them. The order status in my application is terrifying which shows the following status.

Two of the products i.e (Olive green solid formal trouser, size **, Brand mancrew & Navy blue printed formal shirt, size **, brand Copperline) is reflecting as return cancelled although product collected successfully by your courier partner.

And for products i.e (Men solid formal shirt, size **, brand Asciiblues, White floral print formal shirt, size **, Brand Asciiblues) status reflecting as return failed.

I need help from you as I want teach Limeroad a lesson for playing games with customers. Such a nice organised website to trap the customers.
