Limeroad - Delivery Delayed and Poor Service Quality

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I, Shaminee Nath, a regular customer of LimeRoad(Gold Member) would like to draw your kind attention about the delayed delivery and poor service of limeroad. I ordered a Green semi-stitched suit (Order No: **********) from Fashion Basket for ****.** on **.**.*****. The expected delivery date was **.**.**** via xpressbees(AWB No.: **************). I ordered this product to give to my sister on her birthday, but I couldn't. I tried to contact Limeroad and xpressbees repeatedly. Unfortunately nobody responded. I had promised to give the product on her special day, but I failed as the product is yet to come to me. I called xpressbees but they didn't receive it. They are even sending me messages saying that "Customer Validation Failed". It's been about *days, and I am waiting for their calls. This was unexpectedly poor service from Limeroad. I recommended people for their good services but they proved me wrong. Limeroad made me disappointed. For their unprofessional activities, I was feeling insulted.
Please take necessary steps against this unprofessional activity. Deliver my product as soon as possible otherwise I will take this case to the consumer forum. I expect a positive response from you.
