Limeroad - Delivery guy intentionally delayed my pick up untill return period get over and cancelled my pickup

I ordered * kurti from limeroad app....one was fine but other one has quality issue... that's y i asked for return....i got notification about return will b done in nxt * working days and return period was only for * week....but no one called me for pick up...every day i was getting msgs about delivery guy will pick up but no one came at my door step or even called me...then i searched the number of delivery guy who delivered my product and called him and enquired about my pick up status...he told me that i have written my adress wrong and he is in other area he can't b available....so hi asked me to reschedule....i agreeed that okay tomorrow u plz pick up my order....but that exact evening i got msg about order cancellation without my consent....and about wrong adress how can it be possible...coz on delivery time he never complained that adress was wrong then y it's been wrong during pick up....i opted for customer care support but the didn't provide me any help just giving me same answer that pick up will b done in nxt * days....they were just installing tym to get return period over....now m not getting any help option in that app....i need refund of *** rupees in my account.
