Limeroad - Fake signature as proof of delivery and wrong status of delivery

I ordered one item on ** the October. After * days I gt a message that product is out for delivery . Suddenly the status was showing delivered. But I did not receive my product. Even the delivery boy did not cll me. Then I have sent mail to customer support team of limeroad. They sent me a proof of delivery (pod) and the signature was fake. That was not mine. Then I sent message again to customer support team. They have asked to for */* days. Still no call/ message from them. So I would like to take legal action against them as someone tried to copy my signature without my permission and still I did not receive my product but money is debited.
