I had booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Port Blair, PNR No. X**Z*C via Ease My Trip website. My journey was scheduled on ** March ****. But due to corona virus outbreak I cancelled my ticket with airlines and they initiate a ticket of cancellation and full refund. The same I did with reference to ease my trip website. Their executives told me to give a request of cancellation in ease my trip too. After that your refunds will process. I did accordingly what the processures are said to be followed. But today onwards neither I get any response nor any type of mail or call from ease my trip site. Please have a vulnerable look on my complain towards ease my trip website. They are making customer fool in this mesmerising situation. So try to reslove my problem as soon as possible.
