I had a trip to Bali in April **** which could not happen due to COVID-**. I had paid full amount for the VietJet flight and initiated a refund for the same. I booked this flight from Makemy trip,. However, there has been little or no communication from Makemytrip or VietJet on the same. I am sending flight details in the attachment. Please let me know the status of my refund.
