Sanju Sarda filed complaint against Ease my trip on Feb 12, 2023
Kindly note that EMT has received my ticket refund of Rs.*,***/- from Indigo Airline after deduction of airline's cancellation charges and penalties of Rs.****/- out of my total payment of Rs.**,***/- paid by me to Indigo through EMT but now Ease my trip is levying another Rs.***/- charges per passenger on this refunded amount and on top of that they are further informing me that they will deduct further Airline additional Penalty charges of Rs.****/- per passenger. This is nothing but a total fraud being committed on me.
