Dear Sir,
i have book hotel in goa , for the month of August - **** through goibibo. Due to covid issue i cancel the same and goibibo refund my money in thier go-cash account on *th july. Than after i call them to refund the said money to my saving account not in gocash account. The same has been approved by goibibo team and process the refund and *th july ****. my goibibo cash account debited as on *th july.
i am following up with them since last ** days for refund status , i also share my bank statement copy with them. but no action from thier side. i am asking for transaction number but they ae not provide. i am asking for nodal office mail id or other way to escalate this issue. they are not provide the same. everyday automatic mail come wait for ** hours.
request you to please help me on same.
