We had taken their subscription few months ago.
My son took *-* sessions initially but wasn't able to concentrate. We shared this problem to the teacher and even with the moderator verbally.
Finally we planned to cancel the sessions, hence we emailed them more than * time now to cancel our subscription but in vain. Nobody cares about us now. They have no sense of hospitality.
Now I have to pay them full without utilizing their services. I don't know why are they acting like this or is it something wrong on our part. But I know one thing that I lost money & time after taking their course.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
