Hello,
I have been tried to book tickets for an movie through pvr app (online) On *st May **,Due to pvr's technical error In payment gateway it showed as transaction failed so I tried multiple times to book the cost was ***.** I applied an coupon code so the final amount was ***.** I thought due to the coupn code that I applied is the reason for transaction failed, So I removed it and the cost was ***.** I booked from my bank account the amount was debited rs ***.** And in app it showed as Transaction failed , So finally my tickets were also not booked as well and I didn't receive the refund amount, I will atach the payment proof too
