PVR Cinemas - Refund not received

I got cheated by PVR Cinemas. Better stop looting people, you are not going anywhere with this fraud.

I came to M* City Mall- Electronic City Bangalore to watch the movie Jolly LLB * on October **, ****. During the intermission, I went to the food counter, waited in the queue. I could clearly see that the staff is delaying every order intentionally. When it was my chance, I placed an order for nachos and paid Rs. *** on GooglePay upi- I have the transaction details and evidence with me. They denied me the food and said the QR code got expired, and that I need to pay again to get the food. *nd half of the Movie already started and they did not provide me food which I paid for. Asked for refund, they said it will take *-* days. I, then left from the counter without my food, back to the Movie because I paid for the movie and I want to finish it.

I submitted a complaint at pvr cinemas website asking for a refund and shared the requested transaction details multiple times in response to their emails. Despite this, my complaint was closed stating “no response received,” and even after reopening or creating new tickets, the same issue continues. This repeated disregard of my responses and provided proof is unacceptable.

I lost my money & my time, it affected my movie watching experience, and overall affected me badly from the worst behaviour from the staff.

I am placing a complaint here hoping to get some proactive support and getting my refund.
