While booling tickets in PVR official website,I used my Gift card No : **************** of worth ₹**** during the booking of Lokah movie during *:** pm to *:**pm on *th of September **** usingmy phone number **********. The booking got failed due to some websites technical error,So i please request to have a check on these and its a request to Credit the balance back as the booking failed and balance used up.
