Y raju filed complaint against OYO on Jun 14, 2022
I need a room to stay . I booked a room in Oyo. I paid the money through online. After i went there the management refuse to stay there. They told that amount went to Oyo account not to me you have to pay again. I came back and cancel the booking and claim for refund. But still I don't get any refund. It's already * and half month. I booked on May * th. The customer service is not responding. They simply disconnected the call. please help me to get my refund
