My mobile no.**********. I want to convey my problem regarding recharge of a topup plan of *** rs which i have done on * oct **** at around *am morning.. Is there any terms and conditiin mentioned in it which states that this plan is for isd calls there is seperate coloum of isd plans which shows diffrent plan.during the period of clearing port request for my no. I have consulted about the plans of jio and also about this plan of *** rs full talktime.Even you customer care advicer also given same information of balance for normal std and local calls.he did nt told me the condition of international calling due to which i have recharged.i want my money back within ** hrs.
