I booked a ticket from Chennai to Nagercoil through redbus app and they gave me a wrong boarding point and after I paied the amount through phonepe and call the bus driver for confirmation but they told me there is no such boarding point and to get the bus I have to travel utleast * hour and ** mins, so it is not possible to go to that location from my location So I lost the bus. So I need my money to be refunded

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
