Byjus - refund

I sent an email to BYJU's *th March.. almost * month has passed.. the team does not have the courtesy to reply to that. I simply requested that my son not take interest and I want my money back. During the time of counseling the team clearly said that if your son is not taking interest we will refund the amount. Now, * month has passed, and they did not have the courtesy to reply to my email nor refund the amount. Team sent me a message that my amount will be deducted. This type of service is provided by the Byju's. Mental harassment for the customers to take money.. cheat company. I need my money back anyhow.
