I had * flights cancelled (Benguluru to Lucknow and Goa to Benguluru) due to Covid lockdown and was communicated that a refund was transferred to my MakemyTrip wallet. In Dec **** I raised a request to transfer the amount from my wallet to my account which as per the app now shows that they attempted to transfer in * Jan and got failed due to some reason and till date have not received any communication from them in this regard. Tried contacting through phone, mail, watsapp etc but failed miserably to get a response from MakeMyTrip.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
