I have paid for *m + *m plan renewal on **th March ****. I cancelled the service on **st March since I needed landline and Airtel gave me that option. Act told me refund will be processed. Today when escalated to Chennai nodal officer, they called back and said that they never give back and only you can use it or transfer service to someone. It looks like one way entry. If they have mentioned this clearly in readable place or in their bill it would have helped. I want my money refunded and act permanently lost me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
