Akshaya filed complaint against RedBus on Feb 8, 2021
I have booked my bus ticket from Coimbatore to Bangalore on **, Jan ****. The ticket has been cancelled but I did not receive my refund. I contacted the chat help from redbus in which the agent mentioned "We have processed a refund of INR ***.** from our end on **/**/**** back to the mode of payment used by you for your booking TQ*H********.
The amount should reflect in your account within *-* bank working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) from the date of refund initiation, in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.
Please note the acquirer reference number (ARN) ***********************."
Have checked the ARN only to find that it is an invalid one!!!
My full refund has not been completed till feb * (where more than ** business days was passed).So please take step against to redbus. Ask them to process full refund INR *** but not some random INR ***.** since the bus booking got cancelled and no service has been acquired and I happen suffer the money for ** days. This is so............. not a right way to earn money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
