AFTER ALMOST * YEAR OF FOLLOW UP. MAKEMYTRIP GAVE ME A REFUND, BUT THERE WAS DISCREPANCY IN MY REFUND SO I REACHED OUT TO MAKEMYTRIP ON TWITTER AND TOLD THEM TO REFUND THE CONVENIENCE FEES AS PER GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES WHICH THEY DIDN'T REFUND EARLIER. NOW THE ISSUE IS THAT THEY HAVE REFUNDED THE CONV FEES BUT THE EARLIER REFUND AMOUNT OF ****RS IS NOW NOT REFLECTING IN MY MMT WALLET. AND IS STUCK IN SOME PAYMENT GATEWAY WHICH WAS INITIATED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. SOLUTION WOULD BE TO IMMEDIATELY BRING THAT AMOUNT BACK INTO MY MMT WALLET ASAP.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
