I booked four bus tickets in redbus.Seat number WU **, U**, U**, U **.Pickup time *.**pm at perungalathur Its from chennai to coimbatore. Date *.**.****
In RMS travels.. I picked the bus.. After *hour, bus got broke down. Then the driver picked other bus for us. He said, the money will be refund in the morning and i paid for other bus.After a day i called the helpline. They said, refund will be processed in * days.. That's the big time.. I waited for about * week.. Then i decided to call redbus.. They don't even answer my phone and mails and they didn't open my requests on redbus.. I really had a worst with redbus.. Please help me to get my money back..
