My booking has been cancelled from SpiceJet and they are refunding the full amount to travel agency(ease my trip). But EaseMyTrip claims that they will be deducting convenience fee from the amount. Why should I pay for no fault of mine? Why am I being charged for this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
