Policybazaar - Refund pending from 3 months

Sir I had purchased a policy on **september**** of amount *** rs and cancelled it on * October they had mailed me ** october that they are initiating refund and process will take * days but till today money has not been credited in my account they had shared utr number of transaction and told me that ask your bank therefore I went to bank and discussed about this but bank is saying that utr Number is incorrect after lot of discussion with policy bazaar they not helping me and not refunding my amount I had also submitted copy of bank passbook but they are denying
