I booked a car on **th August,**** (Booking ID- JPS*N*PR*) which zoomcar cancelled, just ** mins before the booking time
It has been more than ** days (more than * and half month) that I have not received the refund amount of ₹*,***.
I have complained many times through emails and phone calls, but received no reply from zoomcar.
And moreover, I didn’t cancel the booking, zoomcar was not able to provide car.
Firstly it’s their mistake as they canceled the car just ** mins before the booking time and secondly inspite of their mistake they are not giving my money back.
Kindly tell Zoomcar to initiate my refund as early as possible.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
