A. Severe Eye Strain & Health Hazard
- The device causes extreme eye pain, swelling, and discomfort within minutes of usage, even with "Eye Comfort Mode" enabled.
- A doctor diagnosed screen-induced eye strain and prescribed medication (attached prescription).
B. Misleading Product Information (Unfair Trade Practice)
- Missing IR Blaster: not disclosed on Amazon/Realme website.
- No ARCore Support: Affects Google Maps Live View, Lenskart *D trials, etc.
- Violation: Section *(*)(v) of Consumer Protection Act, **** (withholding key product details).
C. Amazon’s Refusal to Process Return
- Raised return request within * days (eligible under replacement policy).
- Amazon provided false excuses and delayed resolution (attached email proofs).
