I ordered a frame with blue lens through an executive of lenskart who had a stall in kamla Nehru college fest. There was a offer that was available then which included the frame and lens at approximately **** /- rs . The frame was bigger for my face so I called the company customer care to file for a return and also to order a new frame that was my size. During this time I had lost my phone and had to wait for a day to get another SIM card and phone. Afterwards I had called for the frames at home service where an executive comes with a set of *** different frames . I had finalized the frame through the executive and the company agreed to replace the frame with the same amount that I had ordered the *st frame with . It's been a month since I first ordered and till yet nor have I gotten my frame and nor the refund . I had talked to several different from the customer care centre of lenskart.com . Everyone I talked to said it was either in process or would be soon refunded. But nothing happened. I had returned the first frame but even after that I didn't get my new frame or the refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
