Cult fit - Refund or Name transfer request in Cult Fit

I have bought a annual membership with Cult Fit. I have a medical problem now and I have been recommended by my doctor not to work out for a few months. So I'm requesting cult to either give me a refund or transfer my membership to my husband's name. So that it doesn't get wasted. First priority would be a refund because he has to take care of me, and can't attend classes everyday. Kindly help me with the refund.
