Cult Fit - Change in Membership Terms

Dear Cult team,
We are not here for you to experiment with our membership.
You have undergone so many changes and that too for bad.
You have changed the complete booking platform which is making my experience with you as really uncomfortable.
Our idea or for that matter anyone's of booking with you was to play at ease. But the current booking policy does not allow that. You have oversold yourself because of making money and for that you have made very difficult for us to book everyday slots.
Now we can't book slots everyday because of your new policy and thus we are unable to play.
We don't want to continue in this criteria and would go for alternate platform and alternate courts which gives us free mind and ease of access and ease of play.
This was to most mindless policy changes you have done for making more money and adding more people on the platform. You are nothing less than a MLM scheme.
Please refund my complete money ASAP
