I paid the membership amount of *****.** for swimming classes for both the kids. For one kid it was ***** and for * kids total amount was to be *****. However, there was a discount and the total payment for * kids was *****.**. I used my credit card to make this payment - Payment done on **nd April ****. On **rd April, I got an email from Cult that they are cancelling the swimming centre partnership and they will be refunding the complete amount as there wont be any classes hereafter and they promised to pay the whole amount in the email which was sent. I got a refund only for one kid - did not get the refund for another kid (Rs ****.**). I have been following up with Cult team and only getting template response and they have been asking me to wait for * working days. I have been receiving the same response from past * weeks. I am tired of asking them to expedite the request, they still say wait for * working days - they are looking into this. I am tired of following up with them, and no body is providing any information about their interaction with accounts/finance team regarding the remaining refund. I need help in getting my money back. Please help me on this.
