Cult Fit - Cult fit did not allow me to attend the group class

Booked a dance class at "cult jp nagar" for *pm on June *th, ****.

But the manager didn't allow me to the class because I was late for the class by **mins. But the class duration is ** mins. I wanted to attend the remaining class, but he kept ignoring me saying we can't allow you bla bla. As a customer I want to avail the service that I paid for which was clearly ignored by the manager at "cult jp nagar". This is a serious issue, I did not get the value for my money.
